Brown currently has a half-game lead over Dartmouth and Princeton, which are both 11-2 with one game remaining. The Big Green hosts Harvard on Tuesday while Princeton hosts Penn.
After Princeton's huge win over Brown on Friday, the Ivy League could be headed for a three-team playoff to decide which team earns the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
