  3. Xtreme Bulls rights sold to Winnercomm

    The Xtreme Bulls Tour, which lost the PRCA $1.1 million in 2004 alone, has received a new lease on life. Tulsa-based Winnercomm (the company that produces the television programming for the PRCA) has acquired the licensing rights through 2008.
