Temple is the champion of the Atlantic 10 Conference tournament once again.

Ryan Brooks scored 16 points and No. 17 Temple held Rhode Island to its lowest point total in five years for a 57-44 victory in an Atlantic 10 Conference tournament semifinal Saturday.

Michael Eric scored 18 points to help Temple (No. 16 ESPN/USA Today, No. 20 AP) beat George Washington 70-57 on Saturday to win a share of the Atlantic 10 title and earn the top seed in next week's conference tournament.

Lavoy Allen had 18 points and 14 rebounds, and Temple (No. 16 ESPN/USA Today, No. 20 AP) beat Saint Louis 57-51 on Wednesday night to remain tied for first place in the Atlantic 10.

Ramone Moore scored 13 points, Ryan Brooks added 11 and Temple (No. 18 ESPN/USA Today, No. 20 AP) held off Dayton, 49-41, on Wednesday night.

Ramone Moore had 24 points and nine rebounds and Lavoy Allen notched his 10th double-double of the season as No. 21 Temple beat city rival Saint Joseph's 75-67 in overtime Saturday at the Palestra.

Ramone Moore scored 14 points, and Lavoy Allen had 12 points and 10 rebounds Saturday to lead No. 15 Temple to a 64-52 win over La Salle before a crowd that included longtime Owls coach John Chaney.
